Obama: I told ya’ so. While I was eating arugula and a plate of soft, spongy white tofu, you guys were ruining your health. I grew up eating vegetables and fruits in Kenya, uh, uh, I mean Hawaii. Pineapples, yeah, I remember now. Actually I never ate any Sukuma Wiki -—that Kenyan Sautéed Collard Greens dish I’ve only read about. As an adult.

If you think about, depending where you lived there were different kinds of food available.
In the colder areas, where plants didn’t grow, meat was the only food available. So our bodies can handle either kind of diet.
