Adva Lavie, who’s engaged to billionaire Stephen Cloobeck, and facing a decade behind bars for her illegal activity filed the papers Tuesday before an explosive court appearance. They reveal a lifetime of alleged abuse, which led to her become a $1000 a night call girl through “sugar baby” websites, according to the papers.

The request relies in part on an evaluation conducted by Dr. Robert E. Brodie II, a board-certified forensic psychologist hired by the defense. Court filings show Brodie spent more than 15 hours interviewing and assessing Lavie before reaching his conclusions.

The alleged honey trapper discussed details of her “sugar baby” relationships with the doctor.

“Ms. Lavie described one such relationship where the man routinely paid for her to go to Las Vegas for sex”, the papers say.

“She described regularly flying to Las Vegas to have sex with this individual in exchange for payment. With this individual, Ms. Lavie tried cocaine, ketamine, and mushrooms for the first time,” she told Brodie according to the papers.

Lavie went on to say, “Getting me to stay in his house was not about money, it was about drugs. He introduced me to every drug you can imagine. He put the cocaine close to my nose, physically blocked my nostril and told me to snort it and I didn’t want to,” the papers reveal.

The motion also says that Lavie was pressured into painful sexual acts while seeing the man.

“The violent sex with this person would cause Ms. Lavie to re-experience previous traumatic incidents, and therefore, she would need to take drugs to numb herself and her body,” the doctor said according to the filing.

“A lot of time I did drugs, I would have flashbacks of being locked in the attic at my dad’s house and he would come over with toys and say time to please me.” Lavie told the doctor the papers say.

The papers go one to say Lavie’s father repeatedly abused her both verbally and sexually.

“Ms. Lavie’s father routinely called her degrading names, he taped her mouth shut because he said her voice reminded him of her mother’s,” the motion says.

They go on to say that the verbal abuse eventually became physical, “According to Ms. Lavie, her father squeezed her breasts, and touched her sexually several times each week”

Lavie’s mom backed the accusation and claims that her husband would force Ms. Lavie to stand naked before him, watch her shower, and tell her she was “a w****” and “unfit to be married” according to the papers.

The model has been trying for months to avoid jail time, instead wearing an ankle monitor under strict court ordered terms.

Lavie has continuously broken the court rules. She was caught by the judge obtaining an Israeli passport, crossed Los Angeles county lines, and allegedly contacted witnesses. Despite the violations, Judge Edber who is overseeing the case has stopped short of locking her up.

The Penthouse Pet is engaged to Billionaire Stephen Cloobeck, a major donor to Eric Swalwell until the disgraced congressman resigned. Cloobeck faces felony charges of his own for allegedly tampering with the witnesses in his wife-to-be’s case.

A spokesperson for Cloobeck says the wedding is still on. The motion says, “Today, (Lavie) has found a partner who understands her history, supports her treatment, encourages her growth, and accepts her despite knowing the darkest chapters of her past. That relationship stands as powerful evidence that the cycle of abuse which has defined so much of her life is finally being broken.”

Lavie is charged with six felonies, including two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary, and two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information. She allegedly met multiple older men on dating apps and then stole from their homes.

A hearing on the diversion matter has been scheduled for August 10.
