The Fighting-type Tyrogue from the Johto region will be featured in the upcoming Pokemon Go Hatch Day, so learn all about the Baby Pokemon’s celebration to exploit the bonuses and rewards.

The Hatch Day is a recurring event in Niantic’s game themed around hatching Eggs for specific creatures. It has been celebrated since 2023 and has featured Baby Pokemon, including Riolu, Azurill, Cleffa, Elekid, and Magby.

This time around, it’s Tyrogue‘s turn, and it comes in handy as it can evolve into three different Pokemon – Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, and Hitmontop – so a lot of Candy is needed.

Tyrogue Hatch Day event: Date & time

Pokemon Go’s Tyrogue Hatch Day will take place on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM local time as part of the current Might and Mastery season.

For three hours, players will be able to hatch Tyrogue from 2km Eggs more frequently. This means they’ll be able to gather plenty of Candy to evolve Tyrogue into any of its three evolutions.

More so, Shiny hunters can go after Shiny Tyrogue – as the odds of hatching one will be increased – and competitive players can search for one with perfect IVs.
