Pokemon reveals giant 7ft Clodsire pillow for 30th anniversary

Pokemon is releasing a gigantic Clodsire pillow that’s a whopping seven feet long, allowing fans to lounge on it as if it were a comfy bed.

Have you ever dreamed of lying down for a nap on your favorite Pokemon or maybe wanted to reenact the series’ iconic surf move? If the answer’s a resounding yes to either of those questions, then I might just have just the answer (well, if you’re in Japan and have a lot of luck on your side).

The enormous merch drop is part of a collaboration with Japanese coffee brand BOSS Coffee, which is releasing collectible cans, exclusive denim jackets, and other themed merchandise to celebrate Pokemon’s 30th anniversary.

However, it’s the colossal Clodsire pillow that has caught our attention thanks to its almighty size and limited availability.

Clodsire gets gigantic pillow

The pillow measures around 2.15 metres (just over 7 feet) long and features a woman happily sleeping atop its back. This makes it slightly larger than a king-size bed and much taller than an average Pokemon trainer.

In fact, this massive merch has been designed so fans can “feel like Wooper riding on Clodsire’s back” and dream their days away. It all sounds incredibly wholesome, but there’s only one problem: only five fans in Japan can get their hands on Clodsire’s pillow.

If you happen to be based in Japan, then you have from September 18 to October 1, 2026 to follow the official Craft BOSS X account and repost the designated campaign post for a chance of winning it big.

Alongside the giant Clodsire pillow, the collaboration also includes exclusive prizes such as a Psyduck “Amnesia” pillow and embroidered “Battle-Hardened BOSS” denim jackets featuring Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise.

A new canned coffee called “Battle-Hardened Low Sugar” is also being released, which is inspired by the fully evolved Kanto starter Pokemon from Red and Green. A Coffee x Clodsire chill session certainly sounds like a good time, just as long as you don’t spill any on him.

Massive merch has certainly been a huge trend in 2026, as we’ve seen everything from gigantic Umamusume horse girl plushies to a life-size Date a Live anime girl statue.
