A transgender reality television star is facing multiple felony charges after being arrested Sunday for alleged sexual assault of a child.
Sidney Favors, who goes by Sidney Starr on social media, was taken into custody Sunday following an incident at an Embassy Suites in Hapeville, Georgia, according to Favors’ arrest records. Favors has been charged with sexual battery against a child under the age of 16, aggravated child molestation, and sodomy. — TMZ (@TMZ) August 3, 2026Favors remains at the Fulton County Jail while authorities continue to investigate, Fox 5 Atlanta reported. Favors’ next court appearance is Aug. 25 in Fulton County Superior Court.
“Because this case involves a juvenile, no additional information will be released from our agency,” the Hapeville Police Department said in a statement to FOX 5 Atlanta.
The transgender star has appeared in several reality TV shows, including “Baddies ATL,” “Love and Hip Hop: New York,” and “The Gworls Club,” which Favors posted on Instagram, saying, “The transgender Divas are coming to the tv screens.” Favors has also had appearances as an actor in shows “Empire,” “Star,” and “American Gangster: Trap Queens.”
In 2024, TMZ reported that “Family Matters” actor Darius McCarrey paid for Favors’ transgender surgery. Afterwards, streamer Adam22 asked to be given Favors’ “removed penis for safekeeping.”
The Fulton County Sheriff’s department did not respond to the Daily Caller’s request for comment.
