A Portland woman told a group of homeless men she suspected of stealing her phone that she had no problem with them ripping off “rich scum’’ — just not her, new video shows.

The woman — taking a page out of the city’s left-wing activist playbook — was seen in the X footage Thursday pleading with the vagrants at a bus stop in the Oregon city when her phone went missing.

“Basically, I am not — if you stole it from rich scum, by all means keep it and sell it,” the woman tells the suspected thieves as she tries to make the case for being worthy of having her phone returned to her.

“I want to say, if you guys come up with my iPhone I will give you more than … I am an honest person,” she swears before the clip cuts off.

Independent journalist Kevin Dahlgren, who shot and posted the video, tweeted that the woman told him and his colleague that she wouldn’t call the cops on the accused thieves because “it wasn’t their fault” and that “capitalism drove them to be homeless, addicts and to steal.”

Ironically, her appeal to the alleged swindling street folk was futile — she didn’t get her phone back.

The woman told Dahlgren and his buddy that she still wouldn’t call the cops to remedy the alleged crime, claiming she was once homeless herself.

Another video of the incident that The Post reviewed showed the woman at first appearing to nervously and cautiously approach the group of men to attempt to retrieve her phone — suggesting she wasn’t so at home among the homeless.

In the past year, crime has reportedly soared in the liberal city.
