A pregnant woman has raised eyebrows with her ambitious baby plan - as other parents warned her that even the best laid plans go awry.
Fashion and beauty influencer Isabella Lux posted a video detailing how exactly she was planning to spend the weeks after giving birth.
The baby plan - which she assured users she was 'not joking' about - entailed a list of rules she was going to abide by after giving birth.
The first one was not calling her family right away after the baby is born.
'It's a tip I saw on TikTok and it literally altered by brain chemistry,' the influencer shared in the video. 'I will not be calling anyone right away, not even my own family.'
Isabelle explained that as soon as you call people they want to meet the baby, or constantly call.
'No. I'm going to have some personal time, I'm going to absorb my little baby, I will literally call you later.'
Next on the list was beauty bootcamp, which she claims will start 'literally right away.'

'I'm talking acids, I'm talking retinol - every single thing that I have not been allowed to do for the last nine months I will be doing immediately,' she declared.
The soon-to-be mom added that as soon as she is allowed to exercise again she will.
'Cold plunges, steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, all those things - I'm so excited,' she gushed.
The next part of the plan was dubbed the '5/5/5 rule' - which means she will spend five days in bed, five days on the bed and five days around the bed after giving birth.
'So 15 days in total,' she shared. 'Super important for recovery - but it does mean that your husband is going to have to pick up a lot of slack because when the baby cries you don't get up to pick up the baby or figure out what's going on. No, the baby gets brought to you so you can fully, fully recover,' she shared.
In the same vein, Isabelle says she won't be changing diapers for the first three weeks.
'I don't care if it's night or day,' she declared. 'I will not be changing a single diaper.'
'My entire body, my hormonal system, everything that I'm going to be going through, is in recovery mode,' she continued.

While Isabelle seemed very sure of her plan, the video was ridiculed on Reddit by parents who were quick to point out baby's rarely behave how you think they will
She added: 'There's no way I'm going to be adding anything to my plate. I need to feed the baby, I need to feed myself and I need to sleep.'
Her next no-nos included no light up toys, no baby music and no baby media.
'We don't need that,' she claimed.
Isabelle also declared she and her husband won't be giving their baby American formulas.
'Even the best American formulas are trash compared the the standard German one,' she claimed.
'So we're having my husband's family literally ship over a bunch of containers,' Isabelle added.
She added that she will be trying to breastfeed, but if she needs it she'll use formula.
Last but not least, Isabelle said she still plans to travel overseas - even with a small child.
'No,' the mom-to-be declared. 'At five months we're planning on going to the South of France for a few weeks, we are shopping, we are hanging out,' she listed.
The influencer said the family are also planning on traveling to Austria, and next winter will head to Switzerland to go skiing.
'This baby is going to come with me everywhere I go and you better believe we're gonna be traveling,' she quipped.

'Beauty bootcamp is sending me way more. She's a first time mom right? Self care is important but I found it more like passing out on the bed any chance someone was around to watch the baby for me lol,' one user laughed.
'I think the annoying part of this is, you can plan out exactly what kind of mom you want to be and then reality sets in and you have to do what you have to do to save your sanity,' one Reddit user wrote,
They continued: 'No chicken nuggets, no plastic toys, no kid music, blah blah blah. I never thought I'd weep over my kid refusing food but after weeks of begging him to eat what I prepared, I freaking gave up and handed over the nuggets. I couldn't take it anymore. Good luck, girl. The best laid plans…'
'Eh the diaper one I think is fair actually. She carried the baby for nine months, her husband can handle diapers for a bit while she recovers from the birth. Obviously not everyone has that luxury but I don't think its that controversial personally,' one user reasoned.
