‘Pretty Little Liars’ star Keegan Allen posted a photo of his stitched head in an Instagram update, saying, “Healing. Will update more soon. Thank you to medical team and law enforcement and everyone reaching out.”

Allen was brutally robbed and pistol-whipped this week outside luxury grocery store Laurel Supply. He posted a video showing his bloody forehead in the immediate aftermath of the crime, which was caught on video.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to The Post that their West Hollywood station will step up patrols after the attack.

“In response to recent incidents, we are increasing the number of deputies conducting patrols throughout the city, including the Rainbow District. We are also using our available technology platforms and working closely with our Major Crimes Bureau to identify those responsible and pursue justice for the victims,” they wrote Friday.

Officials also said a similar incident occurred this morning but said it was not connected to Allen’s incident.

Allen took aim at California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass after the robbery Thursday.

“Let’s hope all these flock cameras that @karenbassla @gavinnewsom and everyone thinks will stop crime can find these very dangerous criminals. God bless,” he wrote in an Instagram post.

The actor, who shared security footage of the attack, said the encounter left him bloodied and without his watch — and lamented that West Hollywood was “not safe anymore.”

“My life for a watch,” he said.

While the LA Mayor’s Office and the LAPD do not represent or have jurisdiction in WeHo, both play vital roles in ensuring safety in Los Angeles and the surrounding region.

“This is egregious — no one should have to experience something like this,” Bass’ office told The California Post. “West Hollywood is an independent city, and the LA County Sheriff’s Department is responsible for leading this investigation. LAPD, as always, will assist regional partners as needed to ensure bad actors are held accountable.”

Allen suffered a “laceration to his forehead” during the attack but was not transported to the hospital after Los Angeles County Fire checked him out. He said he went to the hospital himself and was “def concussed.”

It remains unclear whether investigators will use Flock cameras to help identify the suspects. The Sheriff’s Department would not tell The California Post whether the technology would be used in the investigation.

Flock cameras are set up around the city and in West Hollywood.

The cameras, which scan license plates, have become a flashpoint in California amid concerns about privacy and the sharing of data with federal immigration authorities.

Atlanta-based Flock has faced accusations of sharing data with ICE to help track down illegal immigrants. The LAPD suspended its deal with the company in July amid ongoing contract negotiations.

Allen is best known for playing Toby Cavanaugh on “Pretty Little Liars” from 2010 to 2017. He later starred as Liam Walker on the drama “Walker” from 2021 to 2024. He most recently appeared in an episode of “The Rookie” this year.

The California Post previously reached out to Newsom’s office but did not receive a response.
