The New Jersey prison where Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is serving out his sentence is at the center of a sex abuse case after a corrections officer pleaded guilty to sexually abusing an inmate.
Jordan Pensak, 27, a corrections officer at Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, pleaded guilty Tuesday to sexually abusing an individual in federal custody, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.
Pensak admitted that she had sex with an inmate at the low-security Burlington County facility in January 2026 and exchanged sexually explicit photos and messages with him through social media and electronic applications, according to court documents and statements made in court.
The inmate allegedly used two contraband cellphones to facilitate the exchanges.
Pensak also admitted to discussing the relationship with multiple people, including members of the inmate’s family. In one message, she raised concerns that she could be pregnant with the inmate’s child, according to prosecutors.
She is scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 10, 2027. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 15 years behind bars and a $250,000 fine.
Page Six has reached out to Fort Dix for comment but did not immediately hear back.
The case, which does not involve Combs, comes as the 56-year-old rapper faces a delay in his projected release date following reports about his alleged cushy life behind bars.
The “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper is serving a 50-month sentence at Fort Dix, where inmates allegedly cooked for him, cleaned his living space and gave him Chinese-style massages, according to NBC News.
Sources also claimed Combs had access to a contraband cellphone, premium liquor and prescription medication, and used the phone to browse social media and view sexually explicit photos.
Combs’ representative pushed back on the reports at the time, telling Page Six that the media had turned “every mundane detail” of his prison life into news and insisting that the music mogul was serving his sentence “within the rules” while awaiting the outcome of his appeal.
He was later reportedly returned to solitary confinement after the accounts of his alleged prison privileges surfaced.
According to Bureau of Prisons records reviewed by Page Six, Combs’ release date from Fort Dix has been moved from Jan. 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028.
A representative for Combs tells Page Six, “Sean remains focused on serving his sentence and returning to his family.”
Combs was convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transportation for prostitution but acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering.
The three-time Grammy winner was sentenced to 50 months in prison in October 2025 and was subsequently transferred from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn to Fort Dix to serve his sentence.
