Proscribing Palestine Action as a terror group has been ruled lawful as the Home Office wins its appeal this morning.
The Court of Appeal ruled in favour of the Government after three judges claimed the decision of the former Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper, to proscribe the group was "unlawful".
The legal challenge was brought before the court by the organisation's co-founder, Huda Ammori.
