Rachael Ray, 58, revealed her favorite health and diet hacks for surviving menopause after ongoing concern from fans regarding her wellbeing.
The celebrity cook advised that women should eat “as healthfully as possible,” and recommends sticking to a “colorful” diet with lots of vegetables and fruit.
“We grow everything,” she recently told People, adding that she has “four garden beds” to choose fresh produce from.
However, it seems that Ray doesn’t have to worry about keeping track of any menopause symptoms herself.
“I have no menopausal signs of any kind,” she told the outlet. “My sister’s the same way. She’s 67. She never had them either. I’ve always had an easy time, just in life, when it comes to that kind of stuff.”
“I take my doctor’s advice on hormone replacement or whatever my doctors advise me,” Ray, who contributed recipes to Dr. Ian Smith’s new book, “The Menopause Kitchen,” added.
The former “Rachael Ray Show” host additionally noted that her husband, John Cusimano, takes more supplements than she does.
“My husband is a nut for supplements. He goes into the bathroom, he’s in there like 40 minutes… But it works for him. Whatever makes you happy,” she said.
Ray’s insight into her routine comes as fans have expressed concerns for her health over the past few years.
Fans first became worried after she slurred her speech in a September 2024 Instagram video, and again a year later in May 2025.
Following the initial concern, the culinary powerhouse explained that she had suffered a “couple of bad falls” that year.
“I am a homemaker. I love chores. I love being in the kitchen. I always work with my brain every day. I’m always writing something,” she said to guest Jenny Mollen on the debut episode of her podcast, “I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead.”
“But I really like chores. I like what people consider physical work. I like making dinners, planning dinners, making lists,” she continued, before adding that she even loves “helping carry in the wood.”
However, she said that due to the aforementioned falls she’d had, she hasn’t been carrying wood since.
In October 2025, she clapped back at claims that she had “disappeared” from the public eye after sparking health concerns.
“I don’t know what they’re talking about,” the celebrity chef told US Weekly at the time, after she was asked the theories surrounding her whereabouts.
“I work my ass off all the time. And I never left,” she continued. “I just switched over to A+E and new partners, that’s all. But I’ve been working constantly.”
Ray splits her time between Tuscany, Italy, where she owns a home, and New York.
