The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s report indicated that NFL star Brandon Clarke was found dead with an unknown white powder and syringes in his home, according to TMZ.
The outlet reported Aug. 24 that the examiner’s report also revealed that Narcan and a slew of medications were found at the scene when the Memphis Grizzlies forward died May 11 at the age of 29.
The report listed vape devices, cannabis products, prescription medications, injectable peptides, syringes, and a box of Narcan that were discovered inside Clarke’s bedroom and attached bathroom, according to TMZ.

The unidentified white powder was allegedly found on a plate on the kitchen island, along with a hotel key card.
Clarke was found unresponsive in bed in his Los Angeles-area home.

Clarke began his NBA career in 2019 after being selected in the first round of the NBA Draft by the Oklahoma City Thunder. He was quickly traded to Memphis, where he remained. The Canadian-American forward earned a spot on the NBA All-Rookie First Team during his debut season.
The examiner’s report indicated there were no signs of foul play or fatal injuries when Clarke’s body was discovered.
