Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino, 49, has shared the 'amazing' results of her facelift, as she clapped back at people who may judge her for going under the knife.
The reality sensation took to Instagram earlier this week to open up about her decision to get plastic surgery, while sharing before-and-after photos from her transformation.
'No, I didn't need a facelift, I know that's what I will hear. But all I can say is thank you for giving me a full smile back,' she began in the lengthy post, while tagging her doctors.
Bellino admitted that her husband, John Janssen, 63, and kids James, 19, Miles, 18, and Mackenna, 18, whom she shares with her ex, Jim Bellino, all advised against her getting the cosmetic enhancement.
'[They said], "You don't need it, please don't do it, what can we do to talk you out of it?" But look at the results!' she gushed.
'And now my husband and kids are all so happy with the results! And the truth is, it's MY decision, not theirs.'
Bellino explained that she decided to get the facelift as a present to herself ahead of her 50th birthday next January.
'My late mom always said her 50s were her favorite decade... well #rip mom and I agree with you. I'm [going to love] every minute of my next decade [with] my "refresh,"' she added.

She described the results as 'subtle but amazing.'
The TV star included a photo from last October and one from last month to show the improvements.
She also shared snaps of her throughout the healing process, including an image taken one day after the surgery.
She had bandages around her head in the selfie, and her face appeared shiny and swollen.
A photo taken on day four of her recovery showed slight bruising under her eyes and around her lips.
Bellino shared more before-and-after photos on Tuesday, explaining that she was officially 13 weeks post-op and 'could not be happier' with the results.
She claimed that the enhancements were so subtle people had no idea she had gone under the knife, writing: 'Everyone thinks it's my new hair or that I've been getting really good sleep lately! Which is exactly the result you want!'
She also shared further details on the procedure she got, revealing it included a mid-facelift, neck lift, upper blepharoplasty and a CO2 Laser treatment.

'What's next guys? Kidding! Total joke! I'm good for another decade,' she added.
While speaking to People about it, the mom-of-three admitted that she had a 'complex' relationship with plastic surgery.
She first went under the knife at age 19 when she got a breast augmentation, and ended up getting three more over the years.
In 2022, she had to have corrective surgery due to a complication with one of her implants.
She had developed something known as capsular contracture, which is when scar tissue forms around a breast implant and tightens or hardens.
Despite getting it fixed, the problem came back 'about six months later,' she shared with People, leading to 'shooting pain' in her chest.
She said the discomfort was 'bearable,' however, and hoped to avoid getting another surgery. But in 2025, she decided she needed to get it fixed once again.
'My left breast started to raise and swell to the point where not only is it uncomfortable and hard, but now it's actually noticeable in photos,' she explained.
'I was feeling numbness and tingling in my arms ... I just knew I had to do something about it.'

During the surgery, the doctor discovered that her implant had ruptured, as Bellino added: 'That silicone was actually leaking into my left breast.'
The implants were removed and replaced with 'smaller' ones.
'We were discussing taking them out all the way and just going completely natural,' she shared.
'But unfortunately, my doctor said, "You have zero breast tissue, so you will not only have scars everywhere for all of the skin, but you will be completely flat." So I was like, "Okay, I don't know if I can live with that."'
In 2011, she also got a nose job, which was documented on the Real Housewives of Orange County.
At the time, she needed surgery to remove impacted tissue and decided to get rid of the 'bump' on her bridge at the same time.
