In a rare display of spine, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has come out in defense of former Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL), urging other RINOs to abandon the “lynch mob mentality” over unverified allegations as Gaetz seeks confirmation as President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for Attorney General.
Graham, who has long been criticized for vacillating between conservative principles and appeasing moderates, appears to be drawing a line in the sand ahead of his 2026 reelection bid.

This is a good sign. Lindsey Graham is nothing if he’s not a weathervane. He always trims his sails in the direction things are going.

Graham has always been consistent on saying that a President has a right to his cabinet. He votes for pretty much everyone.
