Rosie O'Donnell disparaged Donald Trump yet again this week - telling him to take a look in the 'mirror' after a White House statement slammed her as a 'total slob' on Wednesday.
'This is the guy calling me a slob,' O'Donnell, 64, wrote on Instagram over an unflattering image of the president from December 2024.
The then-president-elect is seen with a noticeable case of hat hair in the image, with his shirt tucked in well above his waist after a game of golf.
O'Donnell - fresh off her four-day Jimmy Kimmel guest-hosting run - ended the post with the pointed hashtag, '#mirrormirror.'
The jab extended a now 20-year-feud between the two, who have been at odds since a 2006 episode of The View where O'Donnell mocked Trump's business acumen.
On Monday, the battle continued with O'Donnell's first anti-Trump set. She framed the spot as her settling 'one last score,' before repeatedly professing her hatred for the president and explaining her decision to leave the US.
On Wednesday, following her second day, White House spokesperson Davis Ingle told the Daily Mail: 'Rosie O’Donnell is a nasty woman and a total slob whose brain has been completely destroyed by Trump Derangement Syndrome.'
Several outlets began reporting on the statement Friday, after O'Donnell acknowledged it the night before on-air.

'Welcome to Jimmy Kimmel Live. I am your guest host, "Nasty" Rosie O'Donnell,' she said immediately after taking the stage.
A monologue almost entirely devoted to bashing the president followed, as did an anti-Trump musical number.
'I've really enjoyed my time here, thanks to everyone who's been watching this week,' O'Donnell began. 'Especially the hungry, hungry hypocrite in the White House,'
'Kind of weird to think he spent more nights with me this week than Melania,' she added, before belting out a ballad sung in the style of the traditional folk ballad 'Danny Boy,' complete with visuals.
While the number was a nod to her new home in Ireland, a digitized American flag 'waved' in the background.
As it did, O'Donnell sang, 'O Donny boy, it’s Rosie, Rosie calling,' before launching more barbs in her lyrics.
As O'Donnell sang, mock fireworks flashed.
'Hey, sweetie pie, you’re driving us all berserk; but there’s a way to end this drama,' she said, repeatedly urging the president to 'resign.'

The night before, O'Donnell made a crack about Trump's 35-year-old assistant Natalie Harp, who has been the talk of the town since a Washington Post report pegged her as one of the few allowed on a secret flight with Trump out of Turkey last month amid an Iranian assassination threat.
She was mentioned by Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff in an August 16 speech as well.
'You got to realize it's time to hang up your wig and let Natalie tuck you in,' O'Donnell said, before adding: 'Time to go nighty night.'
The wig remark reference the President sporting a new, fuller hairstyle in Las Vegas earlier this month, as well as the avalanche of memes suggesting it was a hairpiece that followed.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt batted back the social media speculation about the president's hair, telling the Wall Street Journal: 'Lighting is everything.'
The Daily Mail approached the White House for comment on O'Donnell's more recent remarks on Monday.
She's now set to return to Ireland, where she moved with her nonbinary child after Trump’s second inauguration last year.
She told the Tangle podcast last month that her team is currently charting potential paths for a full-time television return.
O'Donnell was still sharing clips from her Jimmy Kimmel Live run to social media Sunday, as well as a Variety story that praised her hosting run.
