Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter Chelsea Belle O’Donnell has been arrested for the third time in two months while out on bail.

The 27-year-old is facing an additional five charges after drugs were found in her car on Nov. 18, per court documents obtained by Us Weekly Monday.

She is being charged with two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine and another felony count of possession of narcotic drugs. She was also hit with two misdemeanors for resisting an officer and possessing drug paraphernalia.

According to the docs, Chelsea and a second person were stopped over a loud exhaust as they drove through Niagara, Wisc.

During the stop, a police officer noticed Chelsea had “pick marks” on her face, which meth users often have from incessantly scratching their skin, and decided to run her information through the system.

The cop then ordered a dog sniff inspection when he saw Chelsea had been out on bond for drug charges, which resulted in a positive alert.

Naloxone, which can be used to reverse the effects of an opiate overdose, was found in the trunk, per the documents obtained by the magazine. Police also found Chelsea was in possession of a “clear smoking device,” which tested positive for meth.

Chelsea was reportedly “argumentative” while being searched.

She was then transported to the Marinette County Jail, where police performed a second search and found she had been hiding a prescription pill bottle that included a clear bag of a crystal-like substance, a clear bag of hydrocodone, eight loose hydrocodone pills, 16 lamotrigine pills plus one whole and three halves of alprazolam pills.

Days before, Chelsea had appeared in court for her September and October arrests.

During the hearing, she was ordered to “maintain absolute sobriety” while out on bail, including refraining from alcohol and illegal drugs without a valid prescription.

Following her third arrest, Chelsea appeared in court Monday and remains in custody, according to the report. Her next court date is set for Dec. 12.

Chelsea was first arrested in September and charged with four felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of methamphetamine and THC.

At the time, cops had responded to a call of a domestic dispute between her and her partner.

While Chelsea was interrogated in her home, a meth pipe that reportedly had drug residue in it was found in her pocket.

Police also found a meth bong and pipe “that a small child could have easily grabbed” in addition to a “black and silver digital scale, some used gem bags with white residue and a sharps container that had more used and unused hypodermic needles” under her 1-year-old son Atlas’ crib.

Additionally, authorities found evidence suggesting the house was used for drug trafficking and was a setup to cook meth.

Chelsea was later found to be in possession of 18 grams of meth after an officer noticed her “digging into her butt or her vaginal area.”

Her baby was placed in the care of her partner’s friends, and she was released on bail shortly after.

One month later, Chelsea was pulled over by cops and allegedly tried to throw a meth pipe out of the window. Three used needles were found in the vehicle’s center console.

She was hit with possession of meth, bail jumping, possession of narcotics and other misdemeanor charges.
