Rosie O'Donnell's daughter arrested for child neglect after baby found near meth pipe

Rosie O'Donnell's eldest daughter has been charged with child neglect after police found her 11-month-old son in a home full of meth pipes, feces, and garbage.
Chelsea Belle O'Donnell, 27, was charged with four felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of meth, and possession of THC....
'It appeared Jacob and Chelsea were more concerned with their drug addiction than providing [the baby] with a safe and clean environment,' police alleged.
During their search, police also found evidence suggesting drug trafficking may have been occurring inside the house and a meth cooking setup was in place.
In a second incident on October 11, police pulled Chelsea over and arrested her when they allegedly found a meth pipe....

Ultimately, on some level, everyone is responsible for their own actions and choices. With that said, being raised by a psychotic animal like Rosie O’D, poor Chelsea most definitely had the deck stacked against her. In a saner world, Rosie O’D would have long ago been confined to a mental institution rather than being allowed to “parent” children.
