In this video I talk about the huge fall in Russian Bond Sales in 2024, despite the fact that Interest Rates and Yields are close to an all time high.
This failure to raise funding is seriously bad news for Russia and the Russian Economy at a time when it is facing increasing sanctions and rising expenditure for the war in Ukraine.
