Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of violently raping a drugged-up man at a Miami house party — all while brandishing a “disturbing smile” and talking “dirty” to the alleged victim, a disturbing new lawsuit claims.

The man, identified only as “John Doe,” claims the disgraced music mogul allegedly attacked him in front of a group of people in a bedroom after his drink was spiked at the 2022 party — causing him to “lose consciousness” entirely, court papers state.

He alleges that when he eventually came to, he felt a “sharp pain” in his rectum and realized some of his clothes were missing.

The victim claims he turned around to check where the pain was coming from — only to find a naked Combs standing behind him allegedly assaulting him, the filing charges.

“Plaintiff heard Combs ‘talk dirty’ to him and the others in the bedroom and Plaintiff recalls Combs telling him ‘[t]his is what you want,’ all while wearing a disturbing smile,” the lawsuit alleges.

“The drugs prevented Plaintiff from fighting back or otherwise resisting Combs’ assault. Plaintiff eventually slipped back into unconsciousness.”

The man claims he woke up alone the next morning in the room before a member of Combs’ security came in, handed him his clothes and told him to get ready to leave.

The sick allegations were laid bare in the latest batch of civil lawsuits filed in Manhattan on Tuesday against the Bad Boy Records founder.

In one of the other suits, a Maryland woman identified only as “Jane Doe” alleged that Combs sexually assaulted her in a black SUV limousine parked outside a New York City nightclub back in 2001 when she was 18.

She claims Combs’ security had escorted her and two friends to the car where Combs and half a dozen of his security team were waiting inside, the court papers charges.

The woman alleges she was given a spiked drink before Combs allegedly forced them to take turns giving his crew oral sex.

“Combs called the women profanities as he degradingly sprayed champagne all over them as they performed these sexual acts against their wills. Ultimately, Combs forced Plaintiff to perform oral sex on himself, which she did,” the filing states.

The civil lawsuits are among the wave of allegations leveled against the rapper after he was slapped with federal sex trafficking charges in September.

Combs’ lawyers have repeatedly derided the civil litigation — mostly spearheaded by Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee — as “shameless publicity stunts.”

“As his legal team has said before, Mr Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” his legal team told The Post in a statement.

“In court, the truth will prevail: That Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to the federal charges and is set to face trial next May, is being held without bail in federal custody in Brooklyn.
