Sean “Diddy” Combs has been written up multiple times for alleged fights and cell phone violations while serving his 50-month sentence at New Jersey’s FCI Fort Dix.

The Bad Boy Records founder’s disciplinary history revealed he was written up on July 31 and Sept. 30 for alleged fights, Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees, told TMZ Tuesday.

According to Rojas, prison officials also documented another major violation stemming from an altercation on Oct. 1.

Additionally, Combs, 56, allegedly had two phone violations on July 7 and Sept. 19, 2025.

The violations reduced the “I’ll Be Missing You” crooner’s chances of early release as he lost 41 days of good-time credit, per the outlet.

He also lost 400 days of commissary privileges, which allow inmates to earn snacks.

Rojas explained that Combs’s disciplinary issues can get him listed as a “disruptive” inmate, making him eligible for a transfer to another facility.

A rep for Combs told Page Six, “We are not going to comment on allegations attributed to a third party without reviewing the underlying records. Sean remains focused on serving his sentence, his appeal and returning home to his family.”

The latest report comes after the “Last Night” rapper’s release date was pushed from Jan. 21, 2028 to March 2, 2028.

Page Six obtained the records from the Bureau of Prisons on Oct. 8, although a reason wasn’t listed.

However, days before, NBC released a detailed report alleging Combs’ lavish lifestyle behind bars, from Chinese-style massages to special meals.

The outlet also alleged that the “Can’t Nobody Hold Me” down rapper had access to a contraband cellphone he used to “scroll Instagram and scan nude and sexually explicit photos that an old girlfriend sends him.”

Combs’ rep, however, scrutinized the allegations against his client, telling Page Six in a statement, “The continued scrutiny of every mundane detail of Sean Combs’s life in prison has reached the point where the media characterizes ordinary prison life as news.”

“The only real news is that Sean continues to serve his sentence within the rules and he patiently awaits the court’s decision on his appeal,” the rep continued.

Combs is serving time after he was found guilty on two counts of transportation for prostitution last July.
