A creep wearing a tacky jacket lured a 14-year-old girl away from a popular Staten Island shopping outlet and molested her, cops said.
The showy sicko, dressed in a garish blue, yellow and red jacket, first approached the teen outside of the Empire Outlets in St. George around 9 a.m. Saturday, police said.
The goon then lured her to a nearby deli before getting her into a taxi and taking her to an unknown location, police said.
It was there that the pervert grabbed the young girl’s bottom, according to authorities.
The teen fought off the man and fled to safety, police said.
The suspect is in in the wind.
