Skip Bayless broke cover in the wake of the bombshell lawsuit against the former Fox host, his former on-air partner Joy Taylor, Fox and network executive Charlie Dixon.
The former Undisputed host, 73, is at the center of a bombshell 42-page lawsuit that alleges he used his position to 'sexually harass women' and 'inappropriately touched' a hairstylist who worked on his show.
Noushin Faraji, who worked at the network from 2012 to 2023, including on Bayless's show, alleged that the host offered her $1.5million to have sex with her and gave her 'lingering hugs and kisses' on multiple occasions.
A spokesperson for Fox Sports told DailyMail.com: 'We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.'
Bayless, who has yet to offer comment on the shocking allegations, resurfaced Monday afternoon almost 24 hours after the lawsuit was unearthed by Front Office Sports.
The former Fox talent aired his usual self-titled show on YouTube but failed to acknowledge the lawsuit and its contents.

The lawsuit has been filed by Noushin Faraji, who says she worked at Fox from 2012 to 2023
Instead of addressing the allegations, Bayless chose to stick to his usual sports-related content, discussing the aftermath of the final weekend of the NFL regular season.
For Bayless, it was business as usual as he ranted about the future of his beloved Dallas Cowboys, the potential for Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders to be taken with the No. 1 overall pick in this year's Draft and Baltimore Ravens signal caller Lamar Jackson's claim to the MVP award.
While Bayless didn't utter a word about the lawsuit, many social media users in the comments called him out on his silence, claiming the sports analyst was 'trying to act like nothing is going on.'
Bayless, who has been married to Ernestine Sclafani since 2016, left Fox in August 2024 after eight years at the network.
In the suit, he is accused of beginning to makes advances to Faraji after she started work on his popular Undisputed morning show, which he presented alongside Shannon Sharpe.
In the suit, she claims he gave her 'lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.'
In response, she claims she told him she was not interested and 'did not date at work', even informing him she was suffering from ovarian cancer in a bid to halt his advances.
According to the lawsuit, Bayless 'became more aggressive over the years' and later accused Faraji of having sex with his co-host Sharpe.

He allegedly offered the hair stylist $1.5m to have sex with him and claimed he could 'change her life'.
The suit reads: 'Approximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji. Ms. Faraji responded: "Skip, stop, you have a wife." Mr. Bayless responded: "Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?"
'Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave.'
Faraji claims she made multiple complaints to the Human Resources department at Fox Sports, and was 'forced to endure a misogynistic, racist and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity.'
Allegations were also made against Fox Sports Executive Vice President of Content Dixon, with Faraji claiming he 'grabbed her buttocks at a birthday party in West Hollywood'.
Another Fox host Joy Taylor (pictured) is listed in the lawsuit amid claims she told the hair stylist to 'get over it' when informed about executive Charlie Dixon's sexual advances
Taylor used sexual relationships with ex-NFL star co-host Emmanuel Acho (left) and network executive Charlie Dixon (right) to further her career, according to Faraji's lawsuit
Meanwhile, Taylor, a former moderator on 'Undisputed' and FS1 host, is also embroiled in the case, with the plaintiff claiming she relayed the story of Dixon's advances to her, only to be met with the response: 'Get over it.'
In her bombshell lawsuit, Faraji also accused Taylor of using sexual relationships with ex-NFL star co-host Emmanuel Acho and Dixon to further her career.
The 37-year-old broadcaster was also accused of allegedly scheming to protect her job at the network by fabricating a sexual misconduct allegation against Dixon, a Fox Sports executive vice president in charge of talent.
DailyMail.com has reached out to Taylor's foundation, Acho's representatives and Fox for comment. Bayless's attorney was not immediately available for comment.
