A former Saturday Night Live (SNL) musician has been accused of going on a 'violent, drug-fueled rampage' while threatening to kill and sexually assault his neighbors at his seven-figure New York City unit, according to a lawsuit.

Lawrence Feldman, 75, allegedly physically attacked a porter and repeatedly threatened to kill the resident manager at the ritzy Admaston condominium in the Upper West Side, per a lawsuit filed Wednesday by the building's board of managers in the New York Supreme Court

Feldman's alleged outburst happened on the evening of May 14 and stretched into the early hours of May 15, according to the filing viewed by the Daily Mail.

During the incident, Feldman also allegedly tried to get into the apartment of his across-the-door neighbor Bridget Gilbertson Russo while she was home alone around 2am.

He allegedly threatened to kill and sexually abuse Gilbertson Russo while screaming at her, according to the legal filing.

'F*** you,' Feldman allegedly said. 'You c**t. I am going to kill you, Bridget Russo.'

Feldman also damaged building property while yelling out racist and threatening remarks before he was taken away by the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in handcuffs, per the suit.

The board is seeking an order barring Feldman from entering the condo and requiring him to sell his unit, which is currently valued at about $1.4 million, according to Zillow.

Lawrence Feldman, 75, was accused of attacking his porter, issuing death threats towards the resident manager and threatening to sexually assault his neighbor, according to a lawsuit filed filed Wednesday in the New York Supreme Court

Feldman's apartment unit on West 89th Street in Manhattan, which he bought in 1986, is currently valued at approximately $1.4 million

Bridget Gilbertson Russo claimed in the lawsuit that she was accosted by Feldman last month and that she and her husband had not returned to their Upper West Side home since

Feldman's wife disputed the version of events narrated in the lawsuit and suggested her husband was not in his right mind following a medical procedure.

But Gilbertson Russo claimed in the lawsuit that Feldman suddenly pounded on her door in the middle of the night and began screaming menacingly.

He allegedly said: 'I'm going to f*** your brains out Bridget Russo.'

She claimed that Feldman's 'repeated threats' continued for about five minutes, as per the suit.

Gilbertson Russo also wrote that she called 911 and 'sat in [her] apartment traumatized' after the interaction, her filing added.

Moments later, after Feldman had allegedly been handcuffed, Gilbertson Russo said she went downstairs to the lobby to file a police report.

Feldman was allegedly lying on the floor, cussing out a police officer and claiming to have a knife while threatening to kill the cop, Gilbertson Russo alleged.

When he saw Gilbertson Russo, he allegedly said: 'Hey Greta, f*** you. You smelly c**t.'

'His behavior was completely unhinged and unpredictable,' she wrote in her filing.

Feldman was alleged to have repeatedly 'smacked' his condo's porter during his rampage, according to the lawsuit

Gilbertson Russo claimed that she and her husband fled their Manhattan home in fear when Feldman returned the day after he made the alleged threats of sexual and physical abuse.

'We are now living out of a suitcase in a hotel with our lives completely disrupted,' Gilbertson Russo wrote.

Sandra Lee Church, Feldman's wife, said she did not think that her husband 'was in his right mind' when the alleged incident happened.

'He was worried about an epidural that had effects on him,' Church told the New York Post.

She insisted that this was an isolated event and that 'no one else in the building that had a problem with them' besides their neighbor.

'We have many, many years of not being on good terms with her, not terrible terms, but she's very difficult,' Church told the outlet.

Feldman bought his apartment in 1986 for $146,500, according to the report.

In a letter signed May 27 and viewed by the Daily Mail, Almir Feratovic, the condominium's resident manager, claimed he had 'never experienced anything' like Feldman's alleged behavior.

According to the lawsuit, Feldman allegedly called Gilbertson Russo a 'b***h' and threatened to kill her while complaining that she owed him money

He alleged that Feldman told him: 'I won't hit you. I will just kill you,' before following him around the Upper West Side building.

That allegedly included banging on Feratovic's apartment door and throwing his scooter to the floor, waking up his wife and children.

Feratovic confirmed that Feldman is still living in the building in his legal filing.

'I am scared every time he walks by me,' Feratovic wrote.

Rasim Pajlevic, a doorman at the building, claimed Feldman had been 'muttering and sometimes screaming' in a 'nasty' manner that day.

Feldman's behavior was allegedly 'bothering every person who came into the building,' he wrote in a document signed May 27 and viewed by the Daily Mail.

The musician was allegedly fixated on Feratovic and repeatedly threatened to kill him, per the suit.

The building porter, Agron Shqutaj, alleged in the lawsuit that Feldman repeatedly 'smacked' him during his mid-May outburst.

According to the legal filing, the 251 Condominium board is seeking an order that would forbid Feldman from entering the building and require him to sell his unit

Feldman had allegedly been complaining that Gilbertson Russo owed him money, Smail Ramusevic, the overnight doorman at Feldman's condominium, wrote in a filing signed May 28 and viewed by the Daily Mail.

Feldman allegedly called Gilbertson Russo a 'b***h' and threatened to kill her, as well as Ramusevic.

The NYPD responded to the building because of Feldman's 'screaming, threatening, destroying property and physically attacking staff,' per the complaint.

He was subsequently handcuffed and taken to a hospital, the filing alleged. Ramusevic claimed that this happened around 4am.

Since returning to the building the following day, Feldman has been seen 'loitering and lounging' around the building's common areas, according to the lawsuit.

This has caused residents to be unable to 'use and enjoy' the full perks of the condominium, the filing added.

Feldman was an SNL band member during the 1980s also known for his work as a session musician on various films.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Feldman and his wife as well as Dale Degenshein, the 251 Condominium board's attorney and Gilbertson Russo for comment.

As of Saturday morning, Feldman did not have any representation listed in court documents.
