Some Now Perceive A Time Of Reprieve But It’s To Deceive

I have put off creating a posting about this video because I didn't to be perceived as a "doom sayer" but in light of the events of the past few days, I feel this may the right time to do so.

Let me say first that I am happy to see Trump (hopefully) taking office in 18 days. I hope and pray that America can right ship, sort to speak, and help wash away the stain of the OBiden presidency.

But as JD points out in his sermon, the coming reprieve just might be meant to deceive many in this nation into thinking a cultural shift has occurred. Savanah Hernandez put out a video alluding to that. And while I generally like what she has to say in her videos, in this area I believe she is dead wrong. Another instance in a video that had Charlie Kirk and Jack Posobiec discussed the conservative movement, yet they maintained that homosexuality is compatible with the Judeo/Christian societal model, which it most definitely is not.

IMHO, Trump had, during his last term in office, a group of advisors who did not have a correct world view and as such was led astray to an extent. I am fearful that Trump will, once again, surround himself with so-called spiritual and cultural advisers that are not spiritually discerning. I pray and hope that does not happen.

So I wanted to see what you all thought. At my last job, I had the unofficial title of the "dreamer crusher." It seems I have a knack of seeing the “glass half empty,” but I see myself looking at current world events through the lens of Jeremiah, the "weeping prophet." And it is my prayer that President Trump has the modern day equivalent of a priest like Hilkiah and Huldah the prophetess to advise him on matters of state and society, and not the same type of advisors he had the last time.
