Stunning wife of NFL QB Zach Wilson shares first family photo with newborn baby... as she details scary stay in ICU after seven-week premature birth

NFL star Zach Wilson and his wife, Nicolette, have shared the first photos of their newborn daughter following a scary seven-week stay in ICU. 

Nicolette took to Instagram on Thursday to post heartwarming family pictures featuring the couple cradling daughter Francesca Belle in the hospital. 

In her post, Nicolette wrote: 'Our sweet Francesca Belle came into the world seven weeks early on July 22nd, and we couldn't love her more.

'She has been an absolute rockstar in the NICU, growing stronger every single day, and we can't wait for the day we finally bring her home!

'Miss Frankie Girl, you've already changed our lives in the most beautiful way. You've filled our hearts with a love we never knew was possible, and we couldn't love you more, sweet baby girl!!!'

The announcement sparked an outpouring of support from across the sports world, with figures like Olympic gymnast Simone Biles and former New York Jets teammate Garrett Wilson sending congratulations.

Biles opted for a simple 'Congrats' message, while her ex-teammate labelled Wilson as 'Poppa Z' in the comment section.

The couple's joyful milestone comes just a year after tying the knot in a lavish Manhattan ceremony in June 2025.

The couple, who have been linked since 2022, announced their engagement last June after Wilson popped the question in Italy.

Nicolette later gushed about her beau as she posted about the milestone and showed off her new ring.

'Zach, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me,' she captioned a photo of her wearing a ring alongside Wilson.

'Everyday I admire your strength and I’m so incredibly proud of you. 

'I’m so in love with you and can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together i love you.'

Nicolette, a native of New Jersey, met Wilson while he was playing for the Jets.
