There's been a cloudy forecast for "The View" co-host Sunny Hostin as her husband has been accused in a lawsuit of committing insurance fraud, which has become a "big thing" at ABC News, according to sources.

"Doctors suffer because of big corporations as well, doctors that want to do good like my husband," Hostin told her colleagues. "[He] operates on someone even though they don't have insurance and then has to sue health insurance companies to get paid for the work that he's been trained his whole life to do."

I would dare to wonder if her husband’s lawyer has told her to refrain from talking about the case.

Whatever she says in any public setting can be used against her husband and herself....

Right now, this is a civil case, I wonder is the civil case a prelude to a criminal case, if it is, it’s a RICO case that supposedly the biggest RICO case in the history of the Jurisdiction, bigger financially than any Mafia case.

Eventually if this case turns into a Criminal case and Sunny’s husband is convicted in a RICO case, he’s going to jail for a very long time, like decades long.
