Israel's police dispersed a candle-lighting ceremony held by families of hostages in Tel Aviv due to concerns over a security incident on Wednesday evening, the Hostage Families Forum said shortly after the incident.
The suspect was detained following a police investigation and search of the area, Israel Police said.
