"A," one of the suspects involved in the classified documents leak case from the Prime Minister's Office, submitted a request for a presidential pardon through his attorneys to President Isaac Herzog on Thursday, Israeli state broadcaster KAN News reported.
KAN noted that as part of the request, A's attorneys argued that the indictment is "riddled with errors, distortions, and misrepresentations - a legal proceeding that should never have occurred."
