Teddi Mellencamp celebrated being released from the hospital following brain tumor surgery with an array of health and wellness activities.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 43, took to her Instagram Story Tuesday to share a selfie-style video she filmed in the passenger’s seat of a car.
“16 days and I get to go home!!!” she wrote atop the clip. “Thank you to all my loves and life savers for getting me to this.”
The footage showed Mellencamp with a buzz cut singing along to “Coming Home” and getting choked up.
The next video was of the accountability coach, who owns company All In, walking on a treadmill.
“Starting back slow,” she told her followers. “Obviously, [it’s] very emotional watching your body change from so much medication from the brain tumors. But just trying to remember how grateful I am that I can move my body again.”
The mother of three paused to collect herself before adding, “Grateful to All In because I’m here, and I’m moving my body. One day at a time, and I’ll get back to where I wanna be — feeling my best.”
The daughter of famed musician John Mellencamp then turned her phone around to show her bruised, swollen arms.
“Bruising and swelling but I know I can do this. F–k off tears. I can do hard things,” she wrote alongside the clip.
After her workout, the former Bravolebrity did a cold plunge.
“All right, doctor said I could do it,” Teddi explained as she recorded herself getting in an ice bath, noting that a sauna session would be next.
Last month, Teddi underwent emergency brain surgery to have tumors removed.
“For the last several weeks I’ve been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches,” she revealed to her Instagram followers on Feb. 12.
“Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization. After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least 6 months.”
She continued, “Two of the tumors will be surgically removed today – The remaining smaller tumors will be dealt with via radiation at a later date.”
Teddi returned to the platform on Feb. 26 to share that “more tumors were removed than expected: 4 in total.”
She made sure to note, “This fight is not over, but that round has been won,” before expressing gratitude for her medical team, family, friends and fans.
Teddi — who shares daughter Slate, 12, son Cruz, 10, daughter Dove, 5, and stepdaughter Isabella, 16, with her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave — was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in October 2022.
She’s undergone around 20 surgeries since then, documenting the extensive journey via Instagram.
