Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua could be behind a shocking home invasion where four armed men pistol-whipped and tied up a woman before robbing her house.

Four Hispanic men lying in wait confronted the woman as soon as she got into the garage of her Dallas house on the night of Sept. 21, forcing her to the ground and pistol-whipping her, according to a newsletter that went out to residents of the ritzy neighborhood where the crime happened.

At gunpoint, the homeowner was forced inside the home on Elsby Aveune where the intruders remained for 'an extended period of time.'

'The victim was tied up and instructed to stay in the bedroom until the suspects left with property belonging to the victim,' the homeowners association detailed.

A Dallas elected official linked the terrifying incident to the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, which has been unleashing a crime wave across America's largest cities.

'A home break in and trying up/ beating of resident alleged to be by Venezuelan or other gang,' Dallas City Council member Gay Willis wrote to residents.

Willis did not respond to questions about where she obtained the information.

She also added in the newsletter that so far, Dallas police have 'no evidence' of gang activity.

The local cops told DailyMail.com no suspects have been arrested and that the victim did not need medical assistance after the robbery.

DailyMail.com was first to report that Tren de Aragua had a confirmed presence Dallas

Police admitted they are investigating several crimes tied to the South American mob, but wouldn't say what those crimes are.

The notorious jail gang turned international criminal organization is best known for sex trafficking girls and women and exploiting their fellow Venezuelans, crossed the US-Mexico border in recent years- as DailyMail.com was first to report- mixed in with asylum-seeking migrants.

Meanwhile, the frightened victim of the home invasion is not even staying at the house, according to neighbors, and has instead gone to be with family.

DailyMail.com is not naming the victim for her own protection.

During a brief phone conversation with her, she declined to comment and instead directed questions to the homeowner's association.

Dallas police have admitted they're working with other local agencies and federal partners to shut down TdA, as the gang is known, operations in North Texas.

The gang has established its new headquarters on the US-Mexico border, just south of El Paso, Texas.

In Texas' sixth largest city, about a nine hour drive from Dallas, police are working on a confidential plan to address the growing threat, insiders told DailyMail.com last month.

As a DailyMail.com investigation revealed, Venezuelan migrants have infiltrated food delivery and ride-share apps, renting or buying accounts that do not belong to them and showing up at your door illegally.

Across the country, TdA cells have popped up in the Denver area, where the gangsters took control of several apartment buildings.
