Disturbing footage has captured the moment a person wearing a satanic mask and holding a bible verse about the end times approached a woman's front door - leaving her scared to even leave her house.
The Texas homeowner was out to dinner with her husband on January 18 when the stranger walked right up to the doorstep of their home near West Hebron Parkway.
Ring camera footage showed the suspect wearing a red satanic goat shaped mask with horns and holding a sign with the Bible verse 'Revelation 20: 1-15' as he walked through the side yard.
In many versions of the Bible, the verse refers to a lake of fire, a great white throne, the Devil, Satan, Hades, Jesus and God.
'I'm scared,' she said. 'I'm scared to leave the house. I'm scared to be at the house. It's about the end of times.
'It's about judgment day. I freaked out. I mean I was... I couldn't even think of anything.'
The woman, who is too frightened to reveal her identity, told CBS she and her husband had 'gone out to dinner and stopped off at the store to pick up a Powerball ticket' on the way home.
'And the person popped up on the video with that goat mask on and they were approaching my door.'
A Texas homeowner has been left terrified to her bones after disturbing footage showed a person wearing satanic mask and holding a bible verse at her doorstep
She watched as the person knocked on her front door and looked directly into their security camera while pointing the board at them, appearing to emphasize the message.
According to Bibleref.com, the verse can be loosely translated to: 'At this point in Revelation, victory over death and evil is complete. Every harm, every wrong, and every sin has been punished.
'Every person who followed God has been restored and rescued. Satan is gone forever. All wrongs have been made right. What follows in the next chapters are John's visions of the eternity believers will share with Christ.'
Neighbor Scott Geairn who saw a clip of the incident on Nextdoor told KUVE: 'When I saw that, I was like, uhh, what's the message here? It's so weird.'
'That's the kind of stuff you see at Halloween - it must be scary for this family! It's really scary.
'I'm not aware of anything like this ever happening and I hope they catch him,' neighbor Gloria Johns added.
While the couple has filed a report with the Carrollton Police, officials say the mask-wearer has not committed a crime.
Since he was not seen bypassing a physical barrier like a fence, ignoring verbal warnings or remaining on the property after being told to leave, his actions are not considered trespassing.

'We mostly know each other around here and are all very nice, so yeah.' Geairn said.
The scared woman also warned the man to be 'careful' if he is pulling a prank.
'From my post, a lot of people are saying they would probably shoot the person. I wish it were fake because it has really affected me.'
