The federal bureaucracy must hate this with every fiber of its Swampy being, but what can it do?
It takes 3 months just to get a form approved in DC. Meanwhile, it took Elon and Vivek two days to launch into the hiring process for their agency that will gut the bureaucratic bloat:

Democrats are sure to accuse Musk and Vivek of not being bipartisan, since the requirement for 'high IQ' automatically eliminates all democrats from the process.
