There were a number of factors that led to Morgan Riddle and Taylor Fritz’s split — but one of the main reasons was the 29-year-old wasn’t ready to be a stepmom.

We’re told it wasn’t the right time for the social media influencer to take on a parenting role for Fritz’s 9-year-old son, and she didn’t want to live full-time in California.

“She has so many opportunities and brand deals being an influencer and she wanted to be in New York full-time,” a source exclusively told Page Six.

Riddle announced her split from the tennis star, 28, back in April via TikTok after dating for six years. Fritz has yet to publicly comment on the breakup.

Fritz, who splits his time between Florida and Southern California, shares son Jordan with his ex-wife, Raquel Pedraza.

Just one month after Riddle announced the split, Fritz was reportedly seen with model Olivia Jade Giannulli at a club in West Hollywood.

In July, Fritz was spotted with Giannulli, 26, at his best friend and fellow tennis pro Tommy Paul’s wedding to influencer Paige Lorenze.

The two were also photographed together in New York City this past August, though they have yet to officially confirm their romance.

Sources previously told Page Six the pair have “really hit it off” and are having “a lot of fun together,” but noted they are not exclusive.

While Riddle has made it look like she’s fully moved on, the quick pivot to Giannulli hasn’t been easy for her to watch.

“She acts like him dating Olivia doesn’t bother her, but it does,” our source said. “In her eyes, he moved on very quickly.”

Despite the split, Riddle was seen at the US Open on opening weekend in New York cheering on Naomi Osaka. But she was also there for work related obligations, according to sources.

“Morgan had already secured a brand partnership contract prior to announcing her split from Taylor which is why she was seen at the US Open,” the source added. “She also has her company [The 400 Club] so it makes sense. But she loves the attention it’s getting. That’s just who she is.”

Giannulli has not yet been spotted supporting Fritz at this year’s tennis tournament, however, Lorenze, 28, has offered nothing but love for Fritz’s new rumored love interest.

“Hi delicious cupcake,” the tennis WAG posted on Giannulli’s social media page.

Fritz will face Argentina’s Francisco Cerundolo next in the US Open on Sept. 5.
