Michelle Saniei gushed over her “natural” and “organic” relationship with Dr. Dre as the unlikely pair continues to make headlines.
“He’s a wonderful man and we are spending a lot of time together,” the “Valley” star shared during her Wednesday appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.”
“We met through a mutual friend,” she continued. “Very natural, very organic. It wasn’t even a set up. We just happened to meet and we clicked.”
When asked what initially drew her to the legendary rapper, she replied, “I just go with the flow. I love people who are very positive and have good energy. That’s what he is.”
Saniei said that Dre has yet to meet her ex-husband, Jesse Lally, or their daughter and does not watch “The Valley.”
“He’s a great man. What can I say?” she replied as host Andy Cohen pressed her for more details of their relationship.
The duo sparked romance rumors back in April when they were spotted on a date at celeb hotspot Nobu in Los Angeles.
In photos obtained by Page Six at the time, Saniei, 37, and Dre, 61, held hands as they left the establishment surrounded by his security personnel.
On Tuesday, Saniei finally confirmed their relationship.
“We’re spending time together and we love being in each other’s company,” the Bravolebrity told People.
“For now we’re just keeping everything super private. I’m just living my life.”
The mutual friend that the reality star credits for their relationship seems to be her longtime friend Ashley Palmer-Gilkey, who is the general manager of Dr. Dre’s Aftermath Records.
Her LinkedIn profile states she has worked for Aftermath Entertainment for 16 years, first as Dr. Dre’s executive assistant from 2010 to 2013 and then as GM from 2013 to now, describing her role as “support[ing] Dr. Dre’s overall vision, mission, and mandates.”
Shortly after their April date night, a source told the US Sun that the women have been friends for a long time and Saniei has been around Dre “for months.” However, it’s unclear when things turned romantic between them.
Saniei and Lally finalized their divorce in October 2025 and share 6-year-old daughter, Isabella.
As for the Beats By Dre co-founder, he settled his divorce from his ex-wife, Nicole Young, in December 2021 after he agreed to pay her $100 million.
The exes share two kids: son Truice, 28, and daughter Truly, 24.
Dre also has eight children from previous relationships — six who are older than Saniei.
