This website plays iconic Call of Duty voice chat arguments 24/7 for endless nostalgia

There is a website where you can play some iconic Call of Duty game chat moments as background noise and actually fall asleep to it.

For years, getting one over on your opponents in a multiplayer game meant you would be able to trash talk them in the game lobby. It was incredibly prevalent in Call of Duty, especially during the days of Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops.

Players have been begging for those to return, with voice and proximity chat slowly making their way back into games like Warzone and ARC Raiders.

However, if you want to relive the glory days of arguing in the original MW2, Black Ops, and Black Ops 2, well, there is a new website that is just perfect for you.

Call of Duty ambience plays voice chat 24/7

On July 16, Mike Wing revealed his new site – Call of Duty Ambience – which allows you to play voice chat arguments for 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The idea is simple, you choose whether you want to hear game chat from Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops, or Black Ops 2, and you’ll be put into a lobby – complete with all the iconic sounds of people joining, and leaving, as well as countdowns to games starting.

“Most people fall asleep to white noise. I fall asleep to grown men arguing in CoD lobbies. So I made a website that plays Call of Duty voice chat 24/7,” Wing explained. 

If you’ve been around long enough, you will recognise some of the arguments that play during while you’re on the site. So, keep an ear out for some of the most iconic voice clashes.

Black Ops and Black Ops 2 are both still playable, with new ports for PlayStation 5 being released back on July 9. So, if you want to actually create some new clips, you may want to give that a swing.
