TLC star Shauna Rae Lesick has celebrated her two-year anniversary with her mystery boyfriend, two years after her ex-partner was branded a 'creep' and accused of only being attracted to her 'because she looks like a kid.'

At just three-feet, 10-inches tall and weighing 50 pounds, the television personality, 25, is the average size of a third grader.

Her stunted growth is a side effect of brain cancer treatment that she received as an infant, and unfortunately, her disability has made it hard for her to find love.

But taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Shauna marked a special milestone with her current beau, who she has kept out of the spotlight.

She shared three pictures with her other half, but kept his identity hidden by strategically placing an emoji over his face.

Captioning the trio of images, she said: 'Halloween was our anniversary but Happy two years to my best friend!

'I love you a lot baby and I hope you've enjoyed this really crazy ride we've been on! P.S. imma start using rando emojis.'

Shauna's followers questioned why she posted the images without unveiling her man's face.

One asked: 'Why post it if not going to show his face?'

Another pondered: 'If you don't show him then why post pics with him in the first place?'

A third commented: 'Why brag and show him without showing his face? If you don't want to share his face, then don't post at all.'

But others were less critical and flooded Shauna's post with their congratulations and well wishes.

'So happy you found your person!' one said.

Echoing a similar sentiment, another penned: 'I am happy for you. I think it's a great idea keeping your man's face to yourself. You need some kind of privacy. You look fabulous.'

A third wrote: 'I am happy for you guys and glad you found happiness.'

TLC star Shauna first went public with her relationship last December when she posted snaps of the two of them together along with the strategic emojis.

In the gushing upload, Shauna penned: 'I love you a lot baby and I hope you've enjoyed this really crazy ride we've been on!'

'So I've been keeping a secret…for a while actually,' she captioned the upload. '[Heart emoji] all you really need to know is they make me happy and I don't know if I'd be as far in my goals without them.

'You're welcome to your opinion but if it's not supportive you can discuss elsewhere.

'Any hate towards my partner is hate towards me and I don't tolerate that. I support each and every one of you and I ask for that respect back... Much love y'all! Stay amazing, beautiful, and positive!'

Earlier this year, Shauna's ex Dan Swygart clapped back at the haters after he was bombarded by a slew of backlash from people who questioned his motives in their relationship and called the pairing 'weird' and 'disturbing' over her 'childlike appearance.'

Their romance was documented on her TLC reality series, I Am Shauna Rae.

'Me and Shauna are just good friends, we're getting to know each other,' Dan explained in a video posted on Instagram.

Some people were left questioning Shauna's ex's motives because of her childlike appearance

'But I think it's absolutely disgusting, the attitude of some people. She's been through so much in life.

'She survived cancer as a child, she's always felt different and was treated different by society. How dare you take away her right to have a connection, a friendship, a relationship with someone else?

'Who are you to say that she can't have that? I am absolutely disgusted by some people's attitudes towards her and my friendship with her.'

Dan previously said that he reached out to Shauna after watching the first season of her show and becoming 'inspired by her emotional strength.'

He then sent her some flowers and a card saying: 'Go live your best life. Wishing you all the happiness you deserve.'
