Today star Craig Melvin stirred up some unforeseen controversy by sharing a beachside photo to his fans while on vacation.
A caption for the Tuesday post stated, 'Out of office… Nothing like hanging with the family[.] Hope you’re enjoying this summer too.'
Followers were met with a first-person glance of Melvin's spot in the sand.
Dominating the shot, though, were the anchor's feet.
Fans were quick to offer their opinions.
'Well Craig nice feet. You are such a good looking man,' someone wrote.
'My boy got the Dawgs out,' another laughed.
'Craig for FREE??!' a third, acknowledging rising rates of foot fetishism, joked.

'In this economy? Feet ain’t free, Craig!' someone else similarly riffed.
Others, however, were less toe tolerant.
'Kid, time for a pedicure,' one wrote.
'Yeah, I don’t need to see anybody’s feet. Take it easy Craig,' another added.
'Have fun. And scrub those feet,' someone else quipped.
Melvin's co-star, Carson Daly, even got in on the action, complimenting the anchor's choice in footwear after Melvin donned a pair of OluKai flip flops for the occasion.
'The greatest ever (Not paid to say that!),' Daly wrote of the Hawaii-inspired brand.
Others asked where the anchor was vacationing, leading one person to mention the scare Melvin suffered on Thursday when a man breached the set of Studio 1A and allegedly lunged at the host.
'Thankfully' the 41-year-old suspect was arrested and 'apprehended after a few seconds,' the commenter noted – echoing a statement Melvin gave to viewers just before commencing his prescheduled vacation on Friday.
'Thankfully he was apprehended quickly. He was placed under arrest.
'We are cooperating fully with the NYPD as they investigate the matter and we are just very happy that everyone is safe,' Melvin said.
Andrew Truelove, 41, was identified as the suspect Thursday night.
He managed to slip past security guards stationed in front of a vestibule near Studio 1A and into a restricted area, police said.
The incident is being treated as a hate crime, police said in a statement Thursday.
Truelove, the subject of a 2023 LA Times profile that chronicled the suspect's descent into homelessness, allegedly hurled a racial slur at the anchor.
He also allegedly asked for Al Roker before confronting Melvin and being pursued into the building's lobby.
Former LA resident Andrew Truelove, 41, allegedly attempted to attack the anchor after breaching the Today set on Thursday. He is charged with hate crime menacing, hate crime burglary, hate crime criminal trespass, and harassment, and is being held on Riker's Island
Truelove was arraigned on one count of burglary in the third degree as a hate crime and a count of menacing in the third degree as a hate crime on Friday.
A cash bail was set at $10,000 and a temporary order of protection was put in place for Melvin and Roker, The Manhattan DA's office said Friday as well.
Truelove hasn’t posted bail and is being held in jail on Rikers Island, according to online records.
