Tom Hardy can add rapper alongside a member of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan to his already impressive resume.
The 48-year-old Venom star absolutely shocked fans as he unveiled a very surprising career pivot while under a mask to hide his identity.
It was revealed on Friday that Hardy had released a rap album under the pseudonym Frankie Pulitzer as he also sports a full face cover in the music videos and promotional materials for the project.
The release was done in collaboration with the group Czarface, which is comprised of Wu-Tang Clan member Inspectah Deck in addition to rap duo 7L & Esoteric.
Upon the reveal of Hardy's latest career move, one Reddit user wrote: 'All of his secret side quests are incredible.'
Another commenter on The Ringer's The Big Picture subreddit wrote: 'he used to have songs on soundcloud, remember one being pretty good but every single one was in the style of another rapper

This is not the first time that Hardy has rapped in a project as he portrayed a rapper in 1999 short film Get A Grip. He also rapped as a teenager in the 1990s.
In recent years Hardy has been creating music under different aliases like Frankie Pulitzer and Face Puller.
Then around 2021, Czarface began featuring an anonymous guest rapper named Frankie Pulitzer and on Friday the group released the collaborative album Czarface Meets Frankie Pulitzer alongside Hardy.
The music video for the group's single titled Mad Technology was also released on Friday as it featured Hardy under a mask as he made references to Stephen King novels-turned-films and says something rather rude about actress Kathy Bates.
Hardy rapped: 'You s***-for-brain no-name lame, that bites like Cujo / I’d rather masturbate to Kathy Bates than hear you flow / And you know that Misery, it loves company.'
Those weren't the only film industry references he made on the album as on track Raw Forever he touches on Martin Scorsese's 1999 film Bringing Out the Dead.
Then he references Willem Dafoe's 2002 Spider-Man supervillain character Green Goblin and 1975's Dog Day Afternoon.
