Travis Kelce Hits Jelly Roll Concert Sans Taylor Swift

Travis Kelce got out of the house on Wednesday to hit up a concert ... but it was NOT a date night for the NFL star -- TMZ Sports has learned Taylor Swift stayed behind.

The Chiefs tight end made his way over to the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City to catch Jelly Roll belt out some tunes to a packed arena ... but we're told Swift was not among those in attendance.

Unclear where she was -- but with an "Eras" tour show slated to go down at Rogers Centre in Toronto on Thursday night ... it's safe to assume work took priority.

The concert, nonetheless, seemed like a blast ... and at one point during the action, Kelce got to snap a pic with Ernest -- Jelly Roll's opener -- backstage.

No word if Kelce's BFF, Patrick Mahomes, tagged along with him ... but the quarterback's little brother, Jackson Mahomes, was there -- filming himself grooving to the music in some sweet seats.

Kelce almost assuredly called it a night early ... Kansas City had practice Thursday morning -- and the team is gearing up for a huge road game against the Bills on Sunday.

As for Taylor, the Toronto shows are scheduled to go 'til next week, but there is a break in the action from Sunday to Wednesday ... so a reunion -- and maybe a date night raincheck?? -- with TK could very well go down following the big tilt in Buffalo.
