In some potentially momentous news announced when she spoke to British political TV commentator Piers Morgan, one of the members of President Trump’s legal team, Alina Habba, announced that the Trump team was trying to release everything the government has on Jeffrey Epstein, including some “extremely disturbing” documents. The day she suggested the documents would be released was not the day, as there appear to have been issues involving the FBI.
Speaking to Morgan about the filed and when they will be released on Thursday, February 27, Habba first said that she spoke to both FBI Director Kash Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi, telling Morgan, “I believe it will be today. I was just with, I saw Pam [Bondi] and Kash [Patel] in the White House just before coming on your show.”
Additionally, Habbo told Morgan that there is a great deal of information that the government has on Epstein and his associates. She said, “It is incredibly disturbing. We have flight logs, we have information, names that will come outf.” She further noted, when asked by Piers whether the information would be “shocking,” “I don’t see how it’s not shocking.”
At another point in the interview, Morgan asked her whether Epstein’s allies and associates would actually face jail time, as none of them yet have. He asked, “No man so far has actually been put in prison as a result of what happened. Do you think by releasing information from these files, we are likely to see criminal actions being taken?”
Repsonding, Habba told Morgan, “Absolutely.” She then said that it would be utterly negligent for them to not hold those who committed horrific crimes against children accountable. She said, “I think it would be negligent for us not to. You have to hold individuals who are indeed r*pists accountable. We have to have them tried, in my opinion.”
She further noted that the Trump Administration won’t be bowing to the various powerful political figures in Epstein’s network, as appears to have been done in the past, shielding those powerful figures from the accountability that must come. She said, “To hide lists, to protect political friends, all of that, we don’t have time for that.” Watch her here:

While the Trump Administration seems willing to release the important information, the initial release was botched, and according to reports, Attorney General Pam Bondi is blaming the FBI for the terrible release. In fact, she recently wrote a letter to FBI Director Kash Patel, saying. “Before you came into office, I requested the full and complete files related to Jeffrey Epstein,” she stated. Bondi added that the pages “consisted primarily of flight logs, Epstein’s list of contacts, and a list of victims’ names and phone numbers.”
Moreover, a source within the FBI reportedly told Bondi that many documents had been withheld. “Late yesterday, I learned from a source that the FBI Field Office in New York was in possession of thousands of pages of documents related to the investigation and indictment of Epstein,” she further noted. “Despite my repeated requests, the FBI never disclosed the existence of these files.”
Blaze TV’s Liz Wheeler reported on the incident, writing on X, EXCLUSIVE: Late last night, after it was clear Attorney General Pam Bondi would be imminently releasing the Epstein files, a source notified Bondi that the SDNY is hiding more Epstein documents. Lots more. We’re talking evidentiary lists, names—those files are where the big names are—and recordings. The FBI hid this. Hid it from Bondi. Hid it from Kash Patel. Hid it from you. AG Bondi has now ordered all Epstein related content to be delivered to her so she can make it public.”
