Donald Trump will deliver a Brexit-esque second inauguration speech in a bid to "sell the message for change", a former Republican strategist has told GB News.
Adam Goodman told the People's Channel that the speech will show a more confident Trump and hinted that there could be a rally for unity in the address.
Trump is set to re-enter the White House on Monday, just months after defeating Vice President Kamala Harris in 2024's US Presidential Election.
While the swearing in ceremony has been moved inside the Capitol Rotunda due to a poor weather forecast, Trump will address supporters at a rally at the Capital One Arena.

Goodman, who hosts the 13th and Park podcast, told GB News: "The speech should be about bringing the country together. It's supposed to be about unification. And maybe in 2017, that missed the mark as a speech.
"I think there's a different Donald Trump in play here than it was in 2017. I think he's more leavened, he's more aware of what he can do and how he can do it.
"Also, I think he's more confident. Remember when he came to power in 2017, he was an outsider. He had to figure his way around Washington, around the process and and and to figure out who he needed.
"I think he felt probably, as successful as he likes to say his first term was, he also knows, in his heart of hearts, he missed some opportunities, and he learned from that. And in 2025, you're going to see a different Donald Trump. The speech is going to be about not just unification, but change. He means it."

Goodman also drew a line of comparison between Trump and Brexit, saying that the President-elect is going to sell change "from day one".
He added: " The speech is going to be about not just unification, but change. He means it. A lot of people talk about how 'Yeah, I fix this. I'm going to fix that. I'm going to change the world.' His entire campaign, his entire motivation for being President, even from the very beginning, has been about massive, effective, real change.
"We've had conversations before about Brexit, and about how Brexit was almost a cry for change in the in the United Kingdom. Trump is going to be selling that message from day one, starting with the inaugural speech.
"He'll be doing the speech differently than he had before, he's got a team of players behind him that are completely united in helping him deliver that."

Earlier this week, Trump's former top strategist Steve Bannon predicted an intense start to the second Trump presidency.
He told Politico that Tump’s second term will be even more intense, marking a departure from the rapid, often random policy-making that marked his first term.
Bannon said: "I tell people, ‘shock and awe was a ‘17 concept.’ ‘Days of thunder,’ I think are gonna be the concepts starting next Monday...and I think these days of thunder starting next week are going to be incredibly, incredibly intense."
