On Sunday, Donald Trump will be the second US President to turn 80 in office, as he gets closer to setting the record for oldest President ever.
It was Trump's political nemesis, President Joe Biden, who hit the milestone first. The Democrat turned 80 on November 20, 2022 - weeks after the Democrats had a surprisingly strong showing in the midterms, and days after Trump announced his third presidential bid.
Biden celebrated quietly, with a brunch at the White House one day after his granddaughter Naomi wed on the South Lawn.
Trump's birthday couldn't be celebrated more loudly.
On Friday, a roar went over the White House as the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels practiced for a planned flyover as part of Sunday's UFC fight.
Sounds tests for the backyard fight had the White House vibrating.
The mixed martial arts event was intentionally aligned with Trump's big day, which is also Flag Day, but was branded under the umbrella of celebrating the country's 250th birthday.
It's being put on by Freedom250, a group Trump created by executive order in order to exert more control over the semiquincentennial festivities.

The UFC and its partners spent at least $60 million to build the enormous stadium, dubbed 'The Claw' on the White House South Lawn.
It will hold some 4,000 spectators and the UFC's trademark 'octagon' fighting ring. About 1,200 will be members of the military, per The Military Times.
The birthday boy was given control of the majority of tickets, UFC CEO Dana White divulged on a recent episode of the Katie Miller podcast.
White would receive just 200 tickets and the holding company's head honcho, Ari Emanuel - the Hollywood super-agent who's the brother of possible 2028 Democratic hopeful Rahm Emanuel - would get another 200.
But following the festivities, Trump will likely find himself under the same type of scrutiny that followed Biden right out of his 2024 reelection campaign.
Even ahead of Trump's 80th, a delayed physical was already raising questions about the President's health.
Trump had motorcaded out to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on a Tuesday in late May, but the results of his annual check-up weren't released publicly until late Friday night - generally a sign that a press shop wants something buried.
But White House physician, Dr Sean Barbabella, said that Trump 'remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical function.'
President Donald Trump has been subject to bruising (left), which doctors blame on his aspirin regimen and shaking hands too vigorously and had a visible rash on his neck in March (right), which was caused by a medicated cream used for a preventive skin treatment
In July, President Donald Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, an explanation for why his ankles had suddenly started to look swollen
The document did show that Trump gained some weight.
Earlier in his second term the White House doctor provided explanations for a large rash on the President's neck, swollen ankles and constant hand bruising.
But the Washington Post raised more questions with a report this week that pointed out Trump had seen an unprecedented number of specialists - 22 - during his May exam.
In February 2024, Biden had seen around '20' doctors, according to White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.
Trump's large medical team was nearly double the number of specialists the Republican had seen at previous medical checkups, the Post reported.
'It is an extraordinary number,' Dr Jonathan Reiner, the cardiologist of the late Vice President Dick Cheney, told the Post. 'What specialties do they represent? Why so many?'
