A Maine meteorologist is going viral after something off-camera sent him into an uncontrollable laughing fit live on-air.
WABI TV5's Patrick Osborn still tried his best to deliver the Sunday morning weather report to viewers in Bangor.
'Sorry, we're having a bit of a scene off-screen,' the weatherman warned at the segment's outset, already smiling.
With a chuckle in his voice, Osborn discussed how cloudier conditions would result in showers and storms in northern and western parts of the state.
'A few bands of storms in some spots,' he noted, before descending into full-on laughter.
'Uh we got to finish up this weather right [laughter] now,' a giggling Osborn continued, catching wind of his situation.
'I'm so sorry. I'm losing my mind over here,' he said as his voice started to squeak.
'Plenty of the 70s, some low 80s and spots of- I think I need to go off-screen,' Osborn said through some unsuccessfully stifled laughter.

Off-camera at this point, the journalist wheezed: 'I've never had this happen before. Oh jeez.'
He vowed to 'get it together real quick' amid another giggle fit.
Meanwhile, dew points appeared on-screen.
'I'm so sorry,' Osborn said as he tried to deliver his broadcast.
Viewers were offered some high-pitched gibberish in return.
'Dew points will fall off.'
'This is what rainfall is like, but let's just throw it to the 70s. Oh my gosh,' a still-laughing Osborn said.
He reported on how residents in the inner parts of the state could expect to see temperatures in the '70s and lower 80s' over the next five days while squeaking and snorting.

He eventually had to hand the baton over to anchor Josh Gabbard, who he later revealed played a part in the blooper
'For the nearest coastal spots, different story, a little cooler, in the 70s,' he managed to add.
'Josh, please take it.'
Anchor Josh Gabbard mercifully took over.
'Whatever happened to professionalism, Patrick? Thanks, buddy,' Gabbard laughed.
Osborn eventually explained the interruption the following day, in a segment aired during the network's 4pm show with anchor Brian Sullivan.
Turns out it was an attempted prank on Gabbard that went awry.
'It was actually something that I was trying to prank Josh on that kind of backfired,' Osborn explained.
'[The producer] made the Charlie Brown kind of wa-wa-wa-wa-wa-wa sound on the phone. And so I pulled it up on a video in the weather center. I thought it was a five-second video.'
'Turned out it was one of those hour-long compilations where it just periodically plays it every couple minutes,' Osborn said.
Osborn explained the interruption the following day with anchor Brian Sullivan, saying it was an attempted prank on Gabbard that backfired when a producer got involved
The weekend weatherman said the sound caught him off guard about 20 seconds into his Sunday forecast.
Things only worsened when Gabbard returned to the studio and the sound played again, Osborn told Sullivan.
He acknowledged how the footage had 'blown up.'
The station went on to share both clips to its official Facebook page. It can be viewed on the station's website in the Video On Demand section as well.
A viral re-share on X has received more than 1million views.
'Those are our views,' Sullivan and Osborn joked Monday.
