Two illegal immigrants accused of horrific child rapes have been arrested in Massachusetts, as the state's democrat governor vows the state won't work with Donald Trump to facilitate his mass deportation plans.
The arrests, announced Wednesday by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Wednesday, include two men accused of child rape in Massachusetts and a third individual who was convicted of raping a child in Brazil.
The suspects include 21-year-old Mynor Stiven De Paz-Munoz, from Guatemala, and 42-year-old Billy Erney Buitrago-Bustos, from Colombia, both accused of sexually assaulting minors in separate cases.
Alexandre Romao De Oliveira, 41, was also accused of raping a child in Brazil and has escaped to the US after being convicted.
De Paz-Munoz was arrested with rape of child by force, rape of a child, and indecent assault and battery against a minor, on Nov. 12 in Great Barrington.
'Mynor Stiven De Paz-Munoz stands accused of horrifically victimizing a Massachusetts child and represents a significant threat to our neighborhoods,' said acting ERO Boston Field Office Director Patricia Hyde.
'We owe it to the children of our New England communities to prioritize public safety above everything else. ERO Boston stands committed to arresting and removing egregious noncitizen threats from the community.'
De Paz-Munoz entered the US in 2020, near Eagle Pass, Texas, illegally and was released by Border Patrol with a notice to appear before a Department of Justice Executive Office of Immigration Review judge, according to ICE.

Buitrago-Bustos was arrested with rape of a child by force, statutory rape, and aggravated rape against a minor on Nov. 15 in Pittsfield.
'Billy Erney Buitrago-Bustos stands accused of the most heinous and reprehensible of crimes,' said Hyde. 'We thank our law enforcement partners at the Berkshire County Jail and House of Correction for prioritizing public safety and protecting children in the communities they were appointed to serve.
Romao De Oliveira was sentenced to serve 14 years behind bars by the First Criminal Court of Jaru, Rondônia, Brazil, on Feb. 10, 2022.
Romao De Oliveira allegedly escaped Brazil before serving his sentence.
He had reportedly been caught in April of 2022, in New Mexico but released at the US border before going into hiding in America.
Governor Maura Healey has sparked fierce backlash from law enforcement and concerned residents after she vowed to defy Trump's anticipated mass deportation order targeting millions of illegal immigrants
'Alexandre Romao De Oliveira is a convicted child rapist who fled his home country to evade justice,' said Hyde.
Governor Maura Healey has refused to work with federal immigration enforcement – a stance that has drawn fierce backlash from law enforcement and concerned residents.
Earlier this month she said, Healey said she will defy Trump's anticipated mass deportation order targeting millions of illegal immigrants.
Healey, 53, insisted that Massachusetts state police would 'absolutely not' help the Trump administration's planned deportations during an interview with MSNBC host Lawrence O'Donnell.
'I do think it’s important that we all recognize that there’s gonna be a lot of pressure on states and state officials,' she added. 'And I can assure you, we’re gonna work really hard to deliver.'
The lawmaker's stance drew backlash as critics pointed out that Healey has previously complained about the migrant crisis crippling her state's finances, which is forecast to cost over $1 billion annually.
This comes just hours after the Laken Riley verdict. The DA who prosecuted the case for the migrant who brutally murdered nursing student Riley said she wouldn't seek the death penalty because it would cause 'collateral consequences to undocumented defendants'
She told WCVB in May that the border crisis 'is the result of federal inaction'. Healey once backed sanctuary cities which offer migrants enhanced protection from arrest. But she ordered border crossers to stop traveling to the Bay State after Texas Governor Greg Abbott began busing thousands up from border cities.

Jose Ibarra, 26, was convicted Wednesday on all 10 counts for his brutal slaying of the 22-year-old Augusta University student while she was jogging and got life in prison without parole.
