Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is finally here, bringing new gameplay, endgame content, and massively updated graphics, which means people are taking photos of the characters’ feet… for some reason.
During our review, we praised Black Flag Resynced’s graphics, calling them “jaw-dropping” due to the modern engine and stunning work on each character’s final look. It seems players agree, as the game quickly sold more than 2 million copies on launch day to plenty of fanfare, aside from fans lamenting about the added DLCs.
Well, those graphics have prompted some rather… unique new photos shown across the map. Usually, in modern AC games, you can share epic pictures you’ve taken with the community on the game’s map. Well, now, they’re showcasing feet pics, and the Assassin’s Creed X account has responded to the influx.
Assassin’s Creed account speaks out as fans Black Flag NPC feet pics
Assassin’s Creed creator Hassassini revealed a certain picture of an NPC’s feet, with a whopping 41,337 likes, writing, “Yooo, there are some real freaks out there on Resynced.”
Of course, plenty of fans found this hilarious, joking that “I also hit the like button but by mistake… of course” and commenting that they’d also spotted the image and asking Ubisoft “when will the shoeless update come out?”
In fact, the picture’s proven so popular that the Assassin’s Creed official account even replied to the picture, posting a gif of the side-eyed dog.
Alongside expanding the picture and liking it, fans can also hide and report an image if it’s not appropriate, but it certainly seems those 41,000 fans ‘missed’ that report button.
