UFC fighter Bryce Mitchell followed up his win over the weekend by embarking on a foul-mouthed tirade about Elon Musk - despite his close association with Dana White.
The outspoken featherweight had just beaten Brazil's Kron Gracie at UFC 310 in Las Vegas when he ripped into Musk in his post-fight press conference, labelling the tech billionaire and X chief a 'rat b*****d'.
'Time will always reveal someone’s true character, and if you put that man in a position of power, his true character will be revealed,' Mitchell told reporters about Musk.
'Let’s just put it this way: he has all the money in this country - he’s the wealthiest man in the country - and he's wasting it on f***ing rockets, man.
'Think about it, dude. He could actually help people with that money, but he don’t give a s*** about you. He’s got all the money in the world to help you. It’d be a penny to him and you would never have to work again.'
Mitchell - who is known for sharing controversial opinions, including that the earth is flat and that gravity doesn't exist - expressed his support for Donald Trump despite his rant about Musk.

Musk enjoys a close relationship with UFC CEO Dana White and president-elect Donald Trump
But Mitchell ripped into the X founder and dubbed him a 'rat b*****d' after his win Saturday
Trump also enjoys a close relationship with UFC president White, with the MMA promotion becoming his sporting home in recent years.
The president elect attended a show at Madison Square Garden last month with trusted ally Musk by his side, but Mitchell is not a fan of the South African businessman despite his support for Trump.
'He don’t give a s*** about you, though,' he continued about Musk. 'He wants to waste it on rockets and waste it on all these cars that suck.
'Time will reveal the character of that man, and the more he gets under the spotlight, you can’t fake it forever. His character will be revealed.
'And you mark my words, it will be seen that he is a rat b*****d. You know, if I had all that money, I would like to think I would help people more than he does.'
Both White and Musk were pictured alongside Trump as he cruised to victory on election night last month.
After UFC 310 at the weekend, White leapt to Musk's defense after the Tesla CEO told sponsors 'go f*** yourselves' after a mass exodus of advertisers from his X social-media platform.
'There’s more people than just me and Elon now that feel that way,' the UFC president said. 'It’s like, just because you sponsor us doesn’t mean you run this business, and you’re definitely not telling me what to do. That’s a fact. That’s never going to happen, ever.'
