A former US Air Force captain cleared of kidnapping, drugging and then sexually assaulting a nine-year-old French girl has denied possessing an indecent image of a child.
Robert Prussak, 57, pleaded not guilty via video link from Wandsworth HMP at Isleworth Crown Court this morning.
The American pilot, who was deemed a flight risk and remanded in prison, spoke only to confirm his name and enter his plea.

He will face trial next year on a single charge of possession of a Category A moving image of a child on April 22.
The father-of-two was arrested on October 29 moments after being acquitted by a jury of abducting a schoolgirl outside of London's famed Harrods department store.
Prussak had broken down as 'not guilty' verdicts were read out to all six of the charges levelled against him after a week-long trial at the same court.
But as he left the courtroom to celebrate his freedom, Prussak was dramatically arrested on suspicion of possessing an indecent image of a child.

Jurors had found the pilot not guilty of kidnapping, kidnapping with intent to commit a sexual offence, administering a substance with intent, and three counts of sexual assault.
The court heard that he was a pilot for the US Air Force for 18-and-a-half years before becoming a ‘pilot for hire’ to allow him to visit his daughters more following his divorce from his wife.
He said he was in London in April for a job interview with a private client at the time of his first arrest.
Prussak, from San Diego, California, is due to stand trial at Isleworth Crown Court on April 28, 2025.
