Everyday Americans are no longer the sole victims of President Joe Biden’s “migrants.”
Now, they’re attacking Ruling-class Democrats in New York City. The victim is an assistant district attorney in hate-Trump prosecutor Alvin Bragg’s office. The Venezuelan sex-attacker, whom authorities say is linked to the vicious Tren de Aragua gang now operating with impunity nationwide, lived in taxpayer-subsidized housing.
Topping it all off: As in so many other cases, border agents caught his estimable chap at the border, and on the long-standing orders of President Joe Biden, freed him to reign terror upon Americans.
The Crime
The hapless victim of 25-year-old thug Brandon Simosa landed at the intersection of one unlawful and two wildly imprudent public policies: Biden’s releasing illegals instead of deporting, and New York City’s putting them up in “migrant shelters.”
So the unidentified assistant district attorney paid for the criminal to attack her.
Simosa robbed the woman in her apartment building, police allege, after “she busted him masturbating,” cops told the New York Post.
Simosa “has apparent ties to the vicious” TdA:
He is accused of robbing the 38-year-old assistant district attorney when she arrived home to her 44th Street pad at about 2 a.m. Sunday and busted him midway through the lewd act in the building’s hallway.
Simosa, who also goes by Brandon Jesus Simoza Seijas, allegedly fled with the prosecutor’s phone after she dropped it at the moment, the sources said.
The phone was later traced to the vicinity of the migrant shelter, according to sources.
Simosa, who was hit with a slew of charges — including sexually motivated robbery, grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property — was spotted smirking as he was hauled away in handcuffs by cops ahead of his pending arraignment Wednesday.
Sources told the Post that he lived in taxpayer-subsidized “migrant” housing. As well, cops have arrested six times him this year:
• Jan. 14: Domestic assault in Jackson Heights
• June 11: Grand larceny in Midtown, Manhattan
• June 29: Transit fare evasion in Queens
• Aug. 5: Grand larceny at the Queens Center Mall Macy’s
• Nov. 11: Arrested in connection to an April 23 grand larceny at a Times Square CVS
Simosa illegally crossed into the United States at Eagle Pass, Texas, in October 2023, federal law-enforcement sources said.
He wasn’t in jail because the city routinely frees dangerous criminals without cash bail.
Citing federal sources, the Post reported that border agents caught him when he jumped the border. They then released him “with a notice to appear before an immigration judge in New York City.”
Continued the Post:
A judge ended up tossing his removal proceedings case in February, the sources said, though it wasn’t immediately clear why.
The decision left Simosa without any pending immigration applications – meaning he was no longer being actively pursued for deportation.
But during his time in the Big Apple, Simosa racked up a hefty rap sheet — six busts in the last 10 months alone — police said, though due to the city’s sanctuary status US Immigration and Customs Enforcement wouldn’t have been alerted to the arrests by local authorities.
As for the woman Simosa is charged with attacking, she’s lucky. The victims of Biden “migrants” often wind up dead. The families of Laken Riley, Rachel Morin, Kayla Hamilton, and Jocelyn Nungaray know that quite well.
TdA in NYC
Yet Simosa is just one of the TdA criminals whom Biden imported and loosed upon Big Apple’s residents.
As The New American reported in February, citing the Post, Bragg released five of eight gang members who beat up two cops who showed up at the scene of one of their crimes. They fled to California using taxpayer money, the Post reported.
Former police intelligence chief John Miller told CNN that the gang members used mopeds and scooters to conduct “organized retail theft. They were doing snatches on the street. iPhones, iPads, clothing, so on and so forth.”
News of the attack on Bragg’s assistant came the same day that a judge convicted another Venezuelan illegal caught and released at the border, Jose Ibarra, of murdering nursing student Riley.
He too is a TdA member, the Post reported. And he, too, enjoyed the use of taxpayer money not only to stay in New York, but also to fly to Georgia. While there, he caved Riley’s head in with a rock on a wooded trail when he tried to rape her.
Nationwide Problem
As for TdA, it is operating nearly coast-to-coast. In Aurora, Colorado, and San Antonio, Texas, the gang took over apartment complexes. In El Paso, the gang seized control of a hotel. A gang member in Dallas is charged with the brutal robbery of a woman in her home.
In Chicago, TdA is battling black gangs who don’t want the Venezuelan goons on their turf.
In the City of Big Shoulders, a former gang member told the New York Post, it’s only a matter of time before the streets erupt in open gang warfare.
“When the black gangs here get fed up with the illegalities and criminal activities of these migrants or non-citizens,” he said, “the city of Chicago is going to go up in flames and there will be nothing the National Guard or the government can do about it when the bloodshed hits the streets. It’ll be blacks against migrants.”
