This burglar helped himself to the Magic of Macy’s all night long.

A brazen crook was caught on camera wandering around a Chicago Macy’s after hiding out for the night — swiping clothing while only pausing to grab a free bite to eat, according to cops.

Security footage released by the Cook County Sheriff’s Office allegedly shows the crook — later identified as 53-year-old repeat offender Roy Pughsley — boldly marching around the empty department store after hours in late June, pulling clothes off the racks and trying on multiple new outfits.

He was also seen walking around one of the store’s kitchens, opening a fridge and fixing himself a plate.

The footage showed him finally leaving around 3:25 a.m. with the unpaid merchandise, the sheriff’s office said.

Pughsley was then busted when a Macy’s employee reported seeing someone outside the store “who matched the description of the overnight guest, wearing the same shoes and the same backpack,” deputies said.

Pughsley was charged with burglary and felony retail theft, the sheriff’s office announced Tuesday.

He’s racked up 25 arrests in the Windy City since 2017 — and six this year alone, most recently on June 3 for unlawful use of a weapon, according to Fox 32.
