A Texas mother confronted a man who she says recorded and took inappropriate photos of her while she was shopping at a Walmart with her baby.
Aasha Meyers was shopping in the Lewisville store with her five-month-old boy on November 13 when she noticed the man recording her with his phone.
'I noticed he was taking pictures of me from behind inappropriately,' she told Fox 4.
She immediately confronted the man and began recording the interaction.
During the exchange, the man appeared to admit to recording Meyers and can be seen with his fingers on phone screen.
He said would delete any videos or photos of her, but when Meyers demanded to see if he had followed through, the man refused.
'He told me the reason why he wouldn't let me see him delete the photos is because he had other weird photos in his phone,' the concerned mother said.

'And that just made me wonder, like, how deep he is into whatever it is he's doing.'
Meyers filed a complaint with the Lewisville Police Department, which said it was investigating the incident.
'I give her a whole lot of credit for being aware of her surroundings,' Lewisville Police Officer Matt Martucci told Fox 4.
'In a case like that, what we would tell people is, "If you see something or you feel something is odd, go get some help."'
However, filming someone inside a store is not necessarily a crime.
'She is in a public store, so there is really no expectation of privacy for anyone in that store,' Martucci explained.
'What we can see so far in the video, there is no sign legally that a crime has been committed. Taking pictures is fine, but we cannot prove what kind of pictures they were.'
Meyers said that she understood, 'but it's definitely violating. It's just really crazy the world we live in.'

She also said that the man she confronted left the Walmart with another man who was inside the store.

The incident comes after a North Carolina man lost his position volunteering at an elementary school after he was discovered on camera taking an upskirt video of a customer at Target.
In April, Thomas Elliott, 21, was arrested at the store in Greenville after being spotted crouching down by a woman wearing a skirt.
He was seen on camera placing his cellphone on the floor of the store to take video up a female customer's black outfit.
Another person shopping at the Target began filming him after she started to believe he was following the woman around the store.
Elliott is seen on camera continuing to put his phone on the floor to film the female customer.

The woman filming Elliott eventually posted the video to social media, which ended with Elliott being arrested.
When cops detained Elliot, he 'denied any wrong doing and showed us (police) the recent pictures he had on his cellphone.'
Authorities arrested the man, charged him and obtained a search warrant for his cell phone to try and find any inappropriate photos of children.
Elliott was released after posting a $5,000 bond.
